Before the delivery of the ordered item, in case of refusal of the Customer, the Customer has to reimburse the costs and the work that were done, in the following cases:
If the manufacture and delivery of the goods were carried out in accordance with the special
requirements of the buyer, or the goods are personalized, unless otherwise
provided for by the contract concluded between the seller and the buyer (Article 23).
In the case of the sale of sealed goods, which are not subject to return
due to health or hygiene considerations, and which have been unpacked by the buyer after delivery (Article 23).
Textile goods (cotton, viscose, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics, goods made of non-woven materials of the fabric type: ribbons, ribbons, lace
etc.)
Sewing and knitting products (knitted linen products).
