Exchange policy

Before the delivery of the ordered item, in case of refusal of the Customer, the Customer has to reimburse the costs and the work that were done, in the following cases:

• Permissible deviation of mattress size: +/- 2 cm
• The return of standard size mattresses is done at 75% value, in case of factory packaging,
• Mattresses of non-standard size are not returned,
• Standard mattress sizes are posted below,
• The requirements of Articles 728-737 of the RA Civil Code apply to all orders․
